GENERAL NUTRITION COUNSELING

What to Expect:​​

  • One-on-one or family nutrition counseling and education sessions

  • Personalized nutrition counseling tailored to your nutrition needs and health goals

  • Gain the knowledge and skills to manage and improve your nutrition and overall health

  • Flexible scheduling (weekly, monthly, or as needed)

  • Self-pay packages: 1-month (4 sessions) or 3-month package (12 sessions) at a discounted rate with option to renew on a month-to-month basis

What to Expect:

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling based on the intuitive eating framework

  • Focus on healing disordered eating habits and improving body image through body-neutral exercises

  • Receive the Intuitive Eating Workbook along with your welcome package

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions with flexible scheduling

  • Self-pay packages: 12-sessions (3-month minimum commitment required) with discounted renewal rates offered after the 3-month commitment

Lifestyle counseling

SESSION 1

INITIAL ASSESSMENT & GOAL SETTING

Purpose: Understand client needs and create a personalized plan.

What happens:

  • Detailed health history review

  • Current eating habits assessment

  • Lifestyle evaluation (sleep, stress, activity)

  • Identify challenges and barriers

  • Establish realistic nutrition goals

  • Initial nutrition recommendations

Purpose: Evaluate progress and create a sustainable long-term plan.

  • Review of progress and long-term goals

  • Maintaining habits long term

  • Preventing relapse/setbacks

 

Client receives:

  • Personalized long-term nutrition plan

  • Maintenance and goal-tracking plan

  • Recommendations for future follow-ups if needed
