What You Will Learn...

THE PRINCIPLES
You will learn the 10 principles of intuitive eating and put them into practice with my support and guidance. We will build healthy habits together by setting goals and changing nutrition-related behaviors. You will complete self-assessments, journal exercises, and several other activities. Private counseling is highly individualized and tailored to meet your specific needs.

MAKE PEACE WITH FOOD
Together we will focus on improving your relationship with food and honoring your body cues, as you learn how to fully trust your body again--without the restrictive dieting. We will re-introduce your favorite foods into your diet, in a healthier way. You will learn to nourish your body and feel better physically and mentally when you improve disordered eating habits.

RESPECT YOUR BODY
Learn how to appreciate your body for what it is and all of the beautiful things it can do for you, instead of focusing only on how it looks. We will begin by rejecting diet culture and the dieting mentality, and later move into body neutrality exercises. We will focus on making improvements to your health instead of focusing only on the numbers on the scale.
