This brunch bowl is a protein-packed, flavorful lunch that turns classic breakfast favorites into a convenient midday meal. Skewers of sausage and protein pancakes take center stage, delivering both savory and sweet bites in every forkful.
To round out the bowl, a hard-boiled egg and a mix of fresh fruit add balance, color, and extra nutrients, while a small container of syrup lets you control the sweetness. It’s an easy, satisfying lunch that feels indulgent without derailing your healthy eating goals; perfect for meal prep or a quick, energizing midday boost. The best part--there's NO cooking required!

Ingredients:
1 package frozen Premier Protein mini pancakes
1 package cooked Johnsonville sausage patties or turkey sausage patties
1 container fresh strawberries, quartered
1 container fresh blueberries
1 container blackberries
1 package hard-boiled eggs
Lite syrup
2 wooden skewers
Directions:
Defrost 8 mini pancakes.
Add 2 sausage patties and 4 mini pancakes to each skewer.
Fill the bowl with fruit. Add a hard boiled egg (or two).
Fill a small ramekin with syrup.
