Burger-In-A-Bowl

A Burger salad? Say no more!
Jalapeno Popper Chicken Bake

I have been searching for a go-to turkey burger recipe for what seems like FOREVER. I've tried many recipes, but have never found one that I love. Most ended up being dry, flavorless, and a little bit boring. Finally, I decided to explore ingredient combinations and create my own recipe!

These turkey burger bowls are lean but packed with flavor, perfect for not only summer, but any working or on-the-go lunch, and are absolutely delicious!

PS- this is a lovely rain plan if you aren't able to get outside and grill those burgers for lunch, OR for using up the leftover cooked burgers in the fridge!

Total time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 burger bowls
