Yield: about 10-15 servings
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
16 oz ripe strawberries, hulled and diced
2 Tbsp sugar, divided
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
6oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 c whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
Vanilla wafers of graham crackers for serving
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix strawberries, 1 Tbsp sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Set aside.

In another medium-sized mixing bowl, place the remaining 1 Tbsp sugar, softened cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Beat on high speed until fluffy smooth, about 2 minutes.
Spread the yogurt mixture on a serving plate or in a bowl. Spoon strawberry mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Serve dip with vanilla wafers, cookies, or graham crackers. Enjoy!
