Ingredients:

  • 16 oz ripe strawberries, hulled and diced

  • 2 Tbsp sugar, divided

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest

  • 6oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 c whole-milk plain Greek yogurt

  • Vanilla wafers of graham crackers for serving


Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix strawberries, 1 Tbsp sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Set aside.

  2. In another medium-sized mixing bowl, place the remaining 1 Tbsp sugar, softened cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Beat on high speed until fluffy smooth, about 2 minutes.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture on a serving plate or in a bowl. Spoon strawberry mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Serve dip with vanilla wafers, cookies, or graham crackers. Enjoy!
