Upgrade your lunch with this delicious wrap!

The classic cheeseburger gets a midday makeover in this jalapeño cheddar cheeseburger wrap. Seasoned ground turkey brings all the savory flavor you expect, while the jalapeño cheddar tortilla adds a subtle kick and rich, cheesy depth that instantly upgrades this handheld lunch.
Wrapped up and ready to go, this lighter take on a cheeseburger is both satisfying and practical for busy days. It delivers that familiar comfort-food taste with a little heat, making it a bold but balanced option when you want something hearty without the heaviness.
Yield: 4 servings
Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey (or beef; leftover cooked burgers also work well for this!)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 c diced onion
Salt and pepper
1 c chopped lettuce
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Dill pickle slices or chopped dill pickles
4 Jalapeno cheddar wraps (I used Mission Tortillas)
Burger sauce
1/4 c Mayo
2 Tbsp ketchup
2-3 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Directions:
Add olive oil to a skillet. Over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Drain and let cool.

While cooking or cooler, make the burger sauce. Mix together all ingredients until combined.
Divide meat evenly over 4 tortillas.

Top all tortillas with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, onion, and pickles.

Spoon burger sauce over the tortillas and toppings.

Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll! I recommend heating the tortilla in the microwave for about 10 seconds first, it will roll easier.

Cut in half if desired. Can make 1 day ahead. Enjoy!
