A review of my current 5 favorite food products as an intuitive eater and Registered Dietitian

Hi, I'm Meagan! Anti-diet dietitian and intuitive eater. As a Registered Dietitian I often get questions about the products I use and recommendations for food items, recipes, snack ideas, and kitchen gadgets.
In my 5 Food Favorites blog, I discuss five of my favorite food products I'm currently using, and other pantry/fridge staples that I recommend trying out!
Smart Sweets Sourmelon Bites
I can't get enough of these! I have a major sweet tooth and love to snack on all things sweet & sour. These sourmelon bites have only 3 grams of sugar and have a great watermelon flavor! What I love about these is they are colored with fruit and vegetable juices instead of artificial dyes.
Where to buy: I purchased these at my local grocery store. I have also seen them available at health food stores, gas stations, and on amazon.
Price: $$
These are a little more expensive than your average bag of candy, but totally worth it! I grabbed a few extra bags when they went on sale at my local grocery store for $1.99/bag.
Other notes: Smart Sweets also carries a ton of other flavors, from gummy bears, to peach rings and sweet fish!
2. GoGo SqueeZ Boulder Berry Pouches
I absolutely LOVE these products! My current favorite is the Boulder Berry. These are shelf-stable fruit and vegetable pouches, so it's convenient to supplement some of your fresh fruit and vegetable purchases with these to help prevent food waste at home by the end of the week. The ingredients are JUST fruits and vegetables! They're great for kids and adults alike, and perfect to add to an on-the-go lunch. Throw them in your bag/purse/car/pocket and don't worry about refrigeration, making a mess, or bringing a spoon.
Where to buy: I purchase these at my local grocery store. They also come in family packs! Check out where to buy them here.
Price: $
I purchased the family variety pack for about $10. With 12 pouches to a pack, that's less than 85 cents per serving!
Other notes: I am dying to try the newest flavor: apple/mango/guava! Yum.
3. That's It! Apple + Fig Bars
These bars are so tasty, come in a huge flavor variety, and the ingredients are just fruit! The Apple + Fig flavor is currently my favorite, but it is hard to choose. I love having a convenient, go-to bar that doesn't contain added sugars. Plus, it's an easy way to increase my fruit and vitamin C intake!
Where to buy: These are available at many grocery retail stores and online!
Price: $$
That's It! also offers a subscription service online. You can subscribe and save here.
Other notes: I can't wait to try their Kick Coffee energy bars! They are available in vanilla and dark chocolate.
4. Pizza Sprinkle Seasoning Blend
All of your pizza seasonings conveniently packed into one spice blend! Loving this new blend from TJs. If you're like me, you love pizza any time of the day or week. Use this seasoning blend in your cooking, or sprinkle it on your snacks. Pizza-flavored popcorn? Yes, please!
Where to Buy: Trader Joe's
Price: $
Available for $2.99
Other notes: I can't wait to try this on my roasted veggies next!
5. Fruit Infuser Water Bottle
If you're trying to increase your fluid intake, a fruit infuser water bottle is a good place to start! I am currently loving the one from MAMI WATA. It has almost 8k ratings, and is 4.5 stars!
Where to buy: It is available on amazon and comes in 5 different colors!
Price: $
Currently available for $23.
Other notes: There are tons of options out there when it comes to fruit infuser bottles. It's easy to throw frozen fruit in a bottle to flavor your water and keep your drink cold. I'm loving the rosemary-citrus infused water right now!

This site feels like it was made by someone who hates clutter, in a good way. I didn’t have to hunt around to figure out what the page was trying to tell me, and the text is broken up enough that you can skim it fast. I ended up opening Drift Boss halfway through just to see if it was actually quick to jump into, and yeah, it loads straight into the drifting without making you sign up or download anything. The controls are super simple, but you can tell pretty fast that the timing is the whole challenge. What I liked most is that the page doesn’t drown you in extra fluff—just the key bits and you’re done. The…
