Frosted Blueberry Mocktail

A fun and fruity Poppi mocktail to cure the mid-winter blues!

This Frosted Berry Blues Mocktail is a crisp, wintry sip designed for those quiet mid-season moments when winter feels a little long and you’re craving something bright but not overly sweet. Built around Wild Berry Poppi, this mocktail delivers juicy berry flavor with a creamy and refreshing finish light, bubbly, and just tart enough to wake up your palate. It’s the kind of drink that feels festive without being heavy, perfect for afternoons that blur into early evenings.

What makes this mocktail shine is its low-sugar balance and thoughtful layering of ingredients. Each sip has a subtle frostiness that plays into the “winter blues” theme: comforting, but still fresh and lively. Whether you’re cutting back on sugar, skipping alcohol, or just want something beautiful in your glass, this one proves that mindful ingredients can still feel indulgent. ❄️🫐

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries

  • Ice

  • 1/2 can Wild Berry Poppi

  • 1 Tbsp tart cherry juice

  • 1/4 c half and half

  • 1 tsp Rose's blueberry syrup

Directions:

  1. Add blueberries to a glass and gently muddle them at the bottom until they release their juices.

  2. Fill glass with ice.

  3. Fill 1/2 glass with Wild Berry Poppi.

  4. Add in a splash of tart cherry juice.

  5. In a separate glass, add the half and half and blueberry syrup. Mix well with frother.

  6. Pour the frothy mixture over the Poppi juice mixture.

  7. Enjoy!

💗 Dietitian tip: Muddling fresh blueberries adds natural sweetness, fiber, and antioxidants, allowing this mocktail to rely less on added sugars for flavor. By using whole fruit alongside tart cherry juice and a small amount of syrup, you get a satisfying, balanced drink that supports steadier blood sugar while still tasting delicious!
