Get ready to blend up some spooky fun with this Peanut Butter and Banana BOO! Smoothie—a Halloween treat that’s as healthy as it is hauntingly delicious! Creamy peanut butter, sweet banana, and a touch of cocoa, Greek yogurt, and vanilla come together for a protein-packed smoothie that kids and grown-ups will love.


Dressed up with ghosts, it’s the perfect way to start a festive morning, fuel an afternoon of trick-or-treating, or serve as a quick and wholesome snack between spooky adventures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana (frozen)

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 c vanilla Greek protein yogurt

  • Clear plastic solo cup

  • Marshmallow fluff

  • Black sharpie



Directions:

  1. Use a small spoon to scoop out some marshmallow fluff, then rub it on the inside of a clear plastic cup to create ghost shapes. Try making about three ghosts per cup for a fun, spooky look!

  2. On the outside of the cup, take the sharpie and add eyes and a mouth to each ghost.

    3. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and combined.

    4. Pour the smoothie into the cup. Add a fun, festive straw. Enjoy!


Recipe Notes:

You can also add a scoop of protein powder to this for extra protein, if desired!
