Yield: 1 wrap

Ingredients:


  • 1 whole grain flour tortilla

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)








 Directions:

  1. Lay our your flour tortilla on a flat surface.

  2. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla

  3. Lay the banana over the tortilla

  4. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides

  5. Slice into pinwheels, if desired!
