5-Minute (4-Ingredient) Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Pumpkin pie flavor meets a light, fluffy dip perfect for fall snacking.

If you’re looking for an easy fall appetizer that takes about five minutes to make, this pumpkin pie dip is it. It has all the cozy flavors of pumpkin pie in a creamy, fluffy dip, but with a much simpler ingredient list and no baking required.
Pumpkin isn’t just for flavor, it also adds nutrients like vitamin A, fiber, and potassium. I use canned pumpkin puree as the base, along with just half of a small package of instant vanilla pudding mix and zero-sugar whipped topping to give it that light, creamy texture without making the pudding mix the star of the recipe.
Serve it with sliced apples, cinnamon graham cookie sticks, vanilla wafers, or whatever you have on hand for dipping. It’s a fun option for fall gatherings that brings some nutrition to the snack table while still being a sweet, festive treat, because food can be both enjoyable and nourishing!
Yield: 8-10 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree
1/2 of a 3.25 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix (to use the whole package, double this recipe!)

1 8-oz. container zero sugar frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice.
Fold in whipped topping with a spatula until combined.
Serve with sliced apples, cinnamon graham cookie stix, vanilla wafers, etc.
