Yield: 4 pops

Total time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas

  • 1 c vanilla-flavored protein yogurt (I use Oikos with no added sugar)

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Popsicle sticks

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel bananas and cut in half to yield 4 pieces. Discard the peels.

  2. Insert the popsicle sticks into the banana slices, with the flat (cut) part of the banana on the bottom.

  3. Place the bananas on the baking sheet and put in the freezer about 45 mins to an hour.

  4. Remove the bananas from the freezer after completely frozen. Dip each stick in the yogurt and use a spoon to spread it evenly on the banana.

  5. Add 3 mini chocolate chips to make the ghost face on the banana.

  6. Put the bananas back on the baking sheet with parchment paper and return to freezer for 1 hour.

  7. Enjoy the pops immediately, or store in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.

Enjoy!
