Snack smarter, crunch happier!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Seasonings:
Option 1: Seasoned: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Option 2: Curry: curry powder and paprika
Option 3: Pizza-inspired: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, a sprinkle of parmesan (add after roasting)
Option 4: Taco style: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder
Option 5: Ranch: dried dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the chickpeas on a paper towel and pat them dry. Let sit a few minutes until they are dried out. (They will roast better this way). Discard any loose skins.
Transfer chickpeas to a bowl and toss with olive oil.
Transfer chickpeas to the prepared baking sheet and add salt.
Roast chickpeas for 25-30 minutes, checking them often after 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and toss with your favorite spices immediately.
Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy!
