A fun new treat for your child's lunch box that requires minimal effort!

Looking for a fun, easy, and lunchbox-friendly treat that kids will love? These Sandwich are a total win!
Made with soft sandwich bread, rolled flat and filled with tasty spreads like Nutella or peanut butter and honey, they roll up into adorable little spirals that are just as fun to make as they are to eat.
With no baking and minimal mess, they’re perfect for busy mornings or getting little hands involved in the kitchen. Whether your kids love chocolatey treats or classic PB & honey, these spirals are a great way to add variety (and a little joy) to their lunchbox.
Snack time just got a whole lot cuter!
Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 6-8 spirals per slice of bread
Ingredients:
For Nutella Spirals:
2 slices of soft sandwich bread (white or whole wheat)
3 teaspoons of Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
For Peanut Butter & Honey Spirals:
2 slices of soft sandwich bread
3 teaspoons peanut butter (creamy works best)
1 teaspoon honey (more if desired)

Optional Toppings/Extras:
A sprinkle of cinnamon (for the PB & honey version)
Thin banana slices (for added nutrition and sweetness)
Mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Flatten the Bread:
Trim crusts off the bread slices (optional), then use a rolling pin to gently flatten each slice. You want it nice and thin but not torn. Tip: use fresh bread so that it rolls easier!

Spread the Filling:
For the Nutella Spirals, spread a thin, even layer of Nutella over the entire surface.
For the Peanut Butter & Honey Spirals, spread peanut butter first, then drizzle honey on top.

Roll It Up:
Starting from one end, tightly roll the bread into a log.
Slice into Spirals:
Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
Pack and Enjoy:
Serve immediately or pack them in a lunchbox. They hold up well at room temperature for a few hours.
Tips & Variations:
Use a nut-free spread (like sunflower seed butter) for allergy-friendly versions. Chocolate Sun Butter works very well! I also love the JIF chocolate peanut butter spread. It's delicious!
Try cream cheese with jam or fruit puree for another fun twist.
These are best made fresh but can be prepped the night before and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
