There’s nothing like the satisfying crunch of homemade pita chips fresh out of the oven. Whether you’re scooping up creamy hummus, pairing them with a fresh salad, or just snacking on them solo, these easy-to-make chips are a total game-changer.
Made with just a few simple ingredients: pita bread, olive oil, and your favorite seasonings, they bake up crispy and golden in minutes. Skip the store-bought bag and try this quick and delicious recipe that’s perfect for parties, meal prep, or nutritious snacking anytime.

Yield: 24 chips

Ingredients
3 whole grain pita bread pockets
Olive oil
Sea salt
Optional: seasoning of choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Split the pita pockets in half. Do this by opening up the pocket and slicing it with a knife, making 2 single rounds of pita.
Brush with olive oil and add seasoning.

Cut each round of pita into 8 triangles.
Arrange the pieces on a large baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
