Made with just a few simple ingredients: pita bread, olive oil, and your favorite seasonings, they bake up crispy and golden in minutes. Skip the store-bought bag and try this quick and delicious recipe that’s perfect for parties, meal prep, or nutritious snacking anytime.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole grain pita bread pockets

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Optional: seasoning of choice


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Split the pita pockets in half. Do this by opening up the pocket and slicing it with a knife, making 2 single rounds of pita.


  3. Brush with olive oil and add seasoning.

  4. Cut each round of pita into 8 triangles.

  5. Arrange the pieces on a large baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
